i was absolutely horrified to find only two towels in my premium 1 king bed room instead of the expected three, how unprofessional! and despite the roof top food being labeled 'amazing', my pasta was cold, what a let down. it would’ve been nice if someone checked in on my comfort, but, guess not! i just couldn’t give more than two stars.
